Enrollment​

We offer both a School Year Program and a Summer School Program over the course of the calendar year. The School Year Program runs from September through May, and the Summer School Program runs during June and July. Space in both programs is limited to 59 total students per day.

School Year Program Enrollment

For New Families: Enrollment applications for the following September start date are available and accepted in January. Complete enrollment applications* received from new families will be placed in first-come, first-serve order and are processed beginning on February 16th. Once the classes are full, a waiting list is created from the remaining applications, in first come, first serve order.

For Currently Enrolled Families: Enrollment applications for the following September start date are available and accepted in January. Currently enrolled families have a two week priority registration period (ending on February 15th) to submit their complete enrollment applications*. Once the classes are full, a waiting list is created from the remaining applications, in first come, first serve order.

* Important Notes About Enrollment Fees: 

• Only applications that include the enrollment fee will be offered enrollment or a space on the waiting list.

• Enrollment fees are not deposited unless space is available in the program.

• Once a waiting list has been established, the enrollment fee is not collected until space is available and the enrollment opportunity is accepted.

 

Summer School Program Enrollment

Enrollment applications are available in January and registration is processed in a first-come, first-serve order. There is NOT a priority registration period, and registration is open to both new families and current families.  The enrollment application fee must be included for processing.

Waiting List

A School Year Program Waiting List is established for each class once the program has reached capacity.  The waiting list is for ONE given year and DOES NOT establish enrollment in the next school year. If you are on the waiting list for this year and plan to attend next year, be sure to submit an application in a timely manner.
